FRP composite products consist of an inner thermoplastic liner that is bonded to an outer glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP or GRP) layer. This combines the extraordinary thermal and mechanical strength of FRP with the excellent resistance of thermoplastics against chemical attacks and abrasion.
Composite products are also lightweight and offer a great design flexibility compared to many competing materials on the market.
We manufacture round vessels up to a diameter of 3600 mm per our standard, larger diameters and special designs are also available on request.
Our standard components are suitable for an operating temperature up to 150°C.
The operating temperature can be increased by constructive or process designed actions. The pressure ranges for apparatuses and vessels are designed according to the operational process requirements.
